Also the evaluations offers a strucfured way to assess performance, set goals and recognize achievements. They enhance communication between employees and employers to a clear understanding of expectations. Regular assessments also contribute to employee motivation and engagement by demonstrating a commitment to their growth and success within the organization. It enables a comprehensive review of individual contributions, skills, and areas needing improvement. Depending on the company but in my opinion i think evaluation should be conducted every semiannual or Annual.
