How would you create this

class Helipad

The helipad is represented on screen by a gray square with a gray circle centered within

the square. There should be a gap between the circle's edge and the square edge. The exact relationship is not strict and you may adjust for taste. However, the circle must be centered and there must be a clear and visible gap between the circle and the square.
