• a date class, which holds the following information:

• Constructors for both classes-
• a test application that uses both Time and Date classes
• A minimum of 3 constructors including default constructor
• Getters and setters
• Helper methods
• toString() method
• toUniversalTime()
• to Standard Time()
• Validate the data in the setters.
• 2 instances of Time and Date
• Use a Scanner to read in the information
• display the Time and Date in both Universal Time and Standard Time
