3)- EncapsulatedNumber Write a class called EncapsulatedNumber that contains a private number field. The value of the number is not allowed to be less than zero or greater than 100. Provide an addSeven method that adds seven to the number. Provide a subtractTwo method that subtracts two from the number. Use a private boolean field which is set to true when one of the methods attempts to set the number out of range Write a driver class whose main method creates an EncapsulatedNumber, and calls the addSeven and subtractTwo methods in a loop.
