Complete the method randomInRange that takes in two numbers representing a range. This method should return zero if the second parameter is less than the first. Otherwise, the method should return a randomly generated integer in that range (inclusive). This means if I pass 10 and 17 it will generate numbers from 10 to 17 with both 10 and 17 included in the possible numbers.
