Java Help: Need some help/guidance in coding the following - Allocating 9 Territories to each of the two players and 6 territories to each of the 4 neutral players. The allocation does not need to be random. Put one army on each Territory. So far we have implemented A Blank Risk map with no armies, along with a JFrame panel to take the Name of each player ( 2 Players ). Java Swing is being used in Intellij JDK.
