Write a complete method called isPositiveAndMultipleThree. The method:

takes an integer parameter

returns true if the parameter is greater than 0 and is a multiple of 3 (e.g., 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.)

returns false otherwise

Overload the method written in the previous question. This method:

takes two integer parameters

returns true if both parameters are greater than 0 and multiples of three

returns false otherwise

For full credit, use good principles of code and method design. Reduce duplicated code.
