Follow following steps:

i) Get image pixels in a 2d array X

ii) Copy X into a 2d array Y which is larger by a single pixel in all edges.

iii) Create array Z whose size is same as Y

iv) For each pixel in Y not in edges, get median value of adjacent pixels. Then apply this value to the exact sam location in C

v) unpad Z so that becomes same size as X. output image z to a file.
