Question 3 (25 points) A student's grade is made up of 10 homeworks, 10 quizzes and a final. The 10 homeworks make up 40% of the students grade. The best 9 quizzes make up 40% of the students grade, and the final makes up the remaining 20%. Write a method which takes an array of 10 integers (the homework grades), an array of 10 integers (the quiz grades), and an integer (the final grade). (ie the method should have 3 parameters: an array of int, an array of int, and one more int). First, average the 10 homework grades. Then, average the 9 best quiz grades. i.e. identify the lowest quiz grade, and average the other 9. Finally, calculate the overall grade and return it as a double.
