Read integer valCount from input as the number of integers to be read next. Use a loop to read the remaining integers from input

into another integer variable. For each integer from $0$ to valCount minus $1,$ inclusive, output all integers on the same line, and

insert $"$: $"$ between all integers, but not at the beginning or end of the output. Lastly, end with a newline.

Note: An approach to avoid outputting $"$: $"$ after the last value is to use an if statement in the for loop that checks if the iterator $i$ is

not equal to the last iteration, valCount $-1.$
