The program first reads integer certificateCount from input, representing the number of pairs of inputs to be read. Each pair has a string and an integer, representing the certificate's holder and level, respectively. One Certificate object is created for each pair and added to ArrayList certificateList. Output "Lowest certificate level: $",$ followed by the lowest level of all the Certificate objects and a newline.

Ex: If the input is:

$4$

Cam $9$ Dax $13$ Jan $2$ Pat $12$

then the output is:

Lowest certificate level: $2$

Note: The ArrayList has at least one element.
