Write a program named LetterGrade that prompts the user to enter their test score as an integer value and display the letter grade based on the following grading scale:

A test score of 90 to 100 would be an "A"

A test score of 80 to 89 would be a "B"

A test score of 70 to 79 would be a "C"

A test score of 60 to 69 would be a "D"

Any score below a 60 would be a "F"

If the user enters a test score that is < 0 or > 100, print an error message and end the program.
