Write the implementation of the following method, whose signature is:

public static double max( double[] list )

This method accepts a single dimensional array as a parameter and returns the maximum value from all of the elements in the array. This method should return 0 if the list is null or the list length is 0. You may use a either a while loop, a do...while loop or a for loop to cycle through the array.
