Calculate the change for a vending machine

1. Declare a price variable storing the price of a merchandise. The price must be a factor of quarters, for example 0.5, 1, 1.25 You can hard code the price
2. Declare a variable amount, that stores the amount entered in the machine to buy good (the machine takes quarters, dollar, five bills). You can hard code the entered amount.
3. Calculate the number of dollar and quarter that should be returned (the machine returns only quarters and dollar bills). Your expression should be general and work for any price and amount.
