JavaScript: Need help making an order form for a shop

I'm having a hard time trying to do this project and I am not understanding it at all. I'm trying to make an order form for a particular shop that can be sports, entertainment, vehicles, etc. that includes 3 item boxes that you can enter the quantity that you want to purchase into. The items have to include a name and price.

My Requirements Are:

-Be able enter the quantity in the corresponding text boxes.

-The input box will change color (red, blue, yellow, green) if you move your mouse into the box and change color when you enter a number in the box. No change of color if we ignore the item. (An item might not have a quantity.)

-If you click on the total button, you should get a prompt box displaying the total bill amount OR your may add text below the buttons in a larger text size

-If you hit reset quantities should disappear and the boxes should return to white.

-Make use of table to make everything(menu items, input box) allign.
