Jenny is from a strict background while growing up she was very studious and had little time for anything else other than her academics. She grew up with strict parents who pushed her to strive to be the best. She is now the head of a team of analysts and she has had issues with them of late in regards to how work should be done with most of them complaining she is short tempered.
