Jimmy is on trial for stealing the victim's purse. The victim stated during her testimony, " I was walking down the sidewalk when someone grabbed my purse off my shoulder and ran away. The purse snatcher ran away from me after grabbing my purse. I did not see his face." The next person the prosecutor called to testify was another witness who did see the defendant's face as he ran passed her while holding the victim's purse. This witness was sitting on the sidewalk about 20 feet from where Jimmy took the V's purse. This witness is 7 years old. When she takes the stand, The clerk of the court says to the child, "Raise you right hand and to repeat the oath...." The child response with, "What's an oath?" Jimmy's attorney objects since this child has no idea what an "oath" actually is or what the consequences of perjury are. What will the  objection ?
