In Module 8 you read through How to Write a Scholarly Research Report to familiarize yourself with the basic template most articles follow. Now, you will write brief reports on two articles. The first report is due in Module 9 and the second is due in Module 10. This report is built around the format found in the article How to Write a Scholarly Research Report. . Each report must include a formal, APA citation of the article at the top of the page. . Then, write 2-3 sentences (in your own words, not copied directly from the article) describing each of the following elements of the research: 1. Statement of the research problem or issue 2. Significance/importance of the research 3. Brief summary of the review of literature 4. Research Questions (RQ) or Hypotheses (H), if applicable 5. Description of the population studied (sample type) 6. Materials used to gather data (instruments) 7. Procedures used to gather data 8.
