Integer numElements is read from input, representing the number of integers to be read next. Then, the remaining integers are read

and stored into vector values List. For each element in values List that is even:

Output the element, followed by $"$is set to an odd value" and a newline.

Assign the element with the element's current value minus $1.$

Ex: If the input is:

then the output is:

$94$ is set to an odd value

$60$ is set to an odd value

Nearest odd values: $931959$

Note: $(x\%2==0)$ returns true if $x$ is even.
