Prior to the Final Assessment, you have been asked to identify a community problem in your neighbourhood such as graffiti, rubbish dumping, vandalism, and take a selfie with the problem as background. You can also consider a persistent problem in your own home or apartment building. Now, write a complaint letter to the local municipal office to inform them regarding the problem highlighted in your selfie photo. (a) On top of the answer page, copy and paste the photo of your selfie showing the community problem, or problem at your house or apartment. This selfie should clearly show yourself as well as the problem addressed
