Students will work on this group project paper in their pre-assigned COB202 groups. In answering the following questions, students will use their collective experience with the interactions of their personalities, the insight they have learned about themselves from their own DISC reports, and perspectives they have based on what they learned from the DISConnections personal reflective paper based on the DISConnections InterACTION Guide. Please make sure to fully answer the following questions: 1) What were the concerns that you all had, both as individuals and as a group, when you were first assigned to your COB202 group? How did you deal with those concerns? 2) What concerns did your group members have as the group continued to function throughout the semester? Were those concerns realized, or just unfounded fears? 3) Discuss what conflicts occurred within the group, if any, and how the group used COB202 course content to work through, resolve, or mitigate the negative impact of those conflicts.
