Japan Aero Venture is establishing a facility to help support the growing aircraft maintenance requirements in the northern Japanese region. Over the last few years, it has become apparent that the workload versus the capabilities is not achieving production requirements. Developing and delivering on the supply of a new workforce that can not only complete this maintenance but provide repairs locally, preventing shipping time and costs, will be more than valuable to both Japan Aero Venture and the local Japanese economy.

Opportunities

Moving into Japan will afford ample opportunities for their skilled employees to work side by side with our company. The northern region we are looking at starting up in is near the required maintenance. Currently, this region is short-handed and outsourcing over 60% of its maintenance repairs to facilities all over the globe. We hope to hone in on this and provide 100% manufacturing and repairs locally. This will not only prevent shipping and repair costs from escalating but will allow the parts to be repaired faster and allow the engines to perform their primary job FLY!

Following the success of the company in its international strategy, it decided to explore various countries where it could expand its market. Therefore, the company explored Germany as a fitting option for its international expansion strategy. Germany become an exciting option for restaurants because people in Germany love burgers, and their culture of eating from eateries regularly makes it even more feasible for businesses to consider this region.

Regarding the competitors in the region, Five Guys is the other American company that has been slowly growing its business in the country, using a similar strategy to the restaurant. Five Guys in Germany has 34 restaurants in the country and has employed over 1100 employees in the region. The goal of the business is to enter the German market and grow to operate in all the country's major cities (Peng, 2023).
