Just watched your presentation video. You shared your experience about buying a laptop for yourself from JB-HIFI and you had a very good customer service. But for me I had a pretty rough customer service while I went there to buy iPhone as no staff was there to ask if I needed help on anything and even after asking a staff for help they escaped from me instead of helping me.
