Kilogram to Pounds

Write a program that uses a while loop to print the table shown below. Assume the variables min$\_$val and max$\_$val are defined for you. Your solution should print the

table header $($Kilograms$,$ a tab character $("t),$ and the string Pounds$),$ and then print one or more rows that displays the number of kilograms and the equivalent

number of pounds. Note that $1$ kilogram is $2\mathrm{.}2$ pounds.

The rows of the table should be the value of min$\_$val $($the number of kilograms$),$ a tab character $("\backslash$t$"),$ and the corresponding number of pounds. Each row should be

incremented by $1.$ The last row of the table should be the value of the max$\_$val variable, inclusive. For example, if the min$\_$val variable has a value of $1,$ and the max$\_$val

variable has a value of $6,$ there would be $6$ lines of output produced after the header line of the table.
