A year from now, I see myself in a leadership role (First-Line Team Leader) at the Hormel Food's Austin Plant facility.

My heartfelt desire is to complete my FlexPace AS Business Transfer Pathway program with Riverland and be promoted to the Sr Team Leader position at the Hormel Food's Austin Plant facility.

My unique journey has instilled in me a profound cultural awareness and adaptability, stemming from y time in Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, and Benin Republic during my gospel mission and genealogy field auditing. These experiences have shaped me into a global thinker and a bridge-builder, capable of navigating diverse environments and fostering connections with people from all walks of life.

Through my experiences, I've honed a diverse skill set encompassing budget management, problem-solving, public relations, and project management. I excel in setting and achieving both short and long-term goals, all while demonstrating a commitment to effective time management and strong verbal communication skills.

Joining a committee that will help me gain some specific skills including learning other computer applications used by Team Leaders.

I am dedicated to delivering results that not only meet immediate needs but also align with long-term strategic visions.

Ultimately, I want to be known as an individual who leaves a positive impact on both the professional and personal aspects of those I work with. My mission is to be remembered as someone who not only excels in their career but also enriches the lives of others through the application of skills and values developed from a diverse range of experiences.

  5. Join a current Team Leader to help him complete a project
  6. Read the Tuition Reimbursement Program
  7. Seek focused feedback every 3 months with a team Leader or myself
