Part 1: Logical Framework Template - Complete the Success Measures and Verification and assumptions(Columns B-E) using the following information:

The Goal must have a minimum of two success measures and associated verification methods.

The Purpose must have a minimum of two success measures and associated verification methods.

Each Outcome must have a minimum of two success measures and associated verification methods.

Make assumptions related to the creation of success measures and verification methods.

Part 2: Quality Template

Identify at least three groups or individuals who need to be informed of each Goal, Purpose, and Outcome success measure.

Using the success measures (Column B,C) and validation (Column D) from the Logical Framework template, complete the following.

Add any assumptions (Column E) to the Logical Framework template (the yellow portion). Assumptions will be added, clarified, or removed throughout the project.
