Knowing your "Why" is very important in a business and also personally. If you know your "Why" it keeps you focused on the goal or task at hand. So many times we lose our way because we forget the "Why". I feel it is important to be flexible with strategies, some strategies may work and others may fail. I consider my family to be this small organization. I want my children to be successful. My "Why" is to raise upstanding citizens. As long as I have this "why", this vision and mission in mind, it is easy to stay on task. where are the falacies in this statement please provide references
