The Simulation Final Report $(5-8$ pages$)$ is a chance for you to reflect on the BizCafe

experience and compare your decision outcomes with others in the class. This report is meant

to highlight key aspects of the experience and second, is to include a letter to an incoming

student management team. Include the following details:

a$.$ Mission, vision, and competitive strategy; b$)$ Review your goals and how you chose

to achieve those goals; $$ Key factors $($marketing$,$ satisfaction, etc.$)$ affecting your

success, or those factors that presented the most challenging difficulties.

b$.$ Pay policy and then summarize number of servers and managers employed; $$

Special decisions with significant consequences $($pick three or four$)$

c$.$ Your performance, including $($i$)$ highlights from the income statement and balance

sheet, and $($ii$)$ the balanced scorecard. Include a table per the template reviewed

in class

d$.$ A letter to an incoming student management team $($i$)$ summarizing the current

condition of the coffee shop and $($ii$)$ what issues need to be addressed, and $($iii$)$

your vision for taking the coffee shop into the future.

e$.$ Segment your paper with subheadings which correspond to the assignment

requirements.

f$.$ The paper should be double spaced.

g$.$ If you use the work of others make sure you cite your sources in APA format.
