Lab $4-1$ Instructions:

Write a program that takes the values of $V_G,R_G,V_B,R_B$ and $R_L$ from the user, and solves for $i_1$ and $i_2.$ Then finally prints if the battery is charging or discharging or none $($based on the values of $i_1$ and $i_2)$ and the total power dissipation of the circuit $($ total sum of $i^{2**}r$ for all three resistors$).$

For example test cases, use values as given $-$
