"I manage a software training company and would like to build a system to support my business. Our company provides instructor-led course training in software product areas. We offer instruction in many courses, each of which has a code, name, description, and cost. Introduction to UNIX and C Programming are two of our more popular courses. We first create a course and then at some point later we acquire an instructor to teach the course. The company hires several instructors during the year to teach courses. We need to store information about each of our instructors. We would like to track the instructor name, address, and phone information. For any instructor who has a fax machine in their home, we would also like to track their fax number. An instructor can teach several courses for the company. However, a course can only be taught by one instructor. Students can take several courses over time, and many of them do this. Jamie Brown from AT&T took every course we offer! We would like to track the student name, address, and phone information. For any student who has an email account, we would also like to track their email address."
