Each student needs to conduct research on a different country to avoid a grade penalty, so be sure to check to see what others have already done. 2. What side are you on in the Pronoun Wars? [NOTE: Contextual material in this weeks Additional Resources folder.] Have you ever had an experience dealing with this topic, either that you were part of, or that you witnessed? If so, and if you would like, please share that experience. If you haven't had an experience dealing with this topic or don't wish to share one you were part of or witnessed, what would you do if you were a teacher in a public school and had students who preferred pronouns other than he/she, and so on?

3. What is your attitude about microaggressions? Do you have any experience dealing with this topic, either that you were part of, or that you witnessed? If so, and if you would like, please share that experience. If you haven't had an experience dealing with this topic or don't wish to share one you were part of or witnessed, what would you do if you were in a public setting and were accused of using negative microaggressions?
