Part 1- Using the Northwind database, show the category name, product name and unit price for each product whose unit price is greater than the average unit price for its category. There should be 27 rows in the result set. The results should be sorted by category name and product name within category. The column headers must be Category Name, Product Name and Unit Price.

Part 2- Show all the territory descriptions and the employees assigned to those territories. Display the territory even if there are not employees associated with that territory. For those territories without any employees, show the employee name as No employees. Sort the results in ascending order by territory and by employee name within territory. Below is how the first few rows should appear. There are more rows than this in the actual result set.
