You quoted Baker with the following statement, "Furthermore, advancements in technology, such as drones and smart sensors, can facilitate more frequent inspections, allowing for the early identification of vulnerabilities before they escalate into safety hazards (Baker et al., 2020)."

I think that's an interesting point you raised. Do you fully agree with Baker et al? It seems like inspections often (and maybe too often) rely heavily on technical procedures and checklists, but I've noticed that human interaction like communicating with team members or engaging with those being inspected can reveal issues that might not be obvious on paper. How do you think direct interaction with people on-site influences the effectiveness or accuracy of an inspection?
