LDI Assignment $3($Memo $3)$

Geoff Bailey has reviewed your first two memos and is concerned that the construction project

will take longer than he had anticipated. The construction must be completed by June $14.$

Prepare a third memo for Geoff Bailey addressing the following issues:

$1.$ Propose some activity$($s$)$ to expedite $($crash$)$ in order to improve the completion date.

Explain why you propose expediting those activities $($do not make changes to your

project plan in MS Project, you are only proposing alternatives to Mr$.$ Bailey$).$

$2.$ Identify which sub$-$contractors will need to be contacted in order to revise their bids to

support the expedited completion date?

$3.$ Submit your completed project file with your memo as a separate file $$ you do not need

to crash the project since Mr$.$ Bailey is only requesting information at this point.
