Then, just choose one situation and: a) Create a problem statement; b) Formulate the null and alternative hypothesis; c) Select the level of significance and sketch the rejection region; and d) State the possible Type I and Type II errors.

II. Rephrase the problem that you have chosen in Part I and include a realistic parameter in the problem statement. Accomplish the ff: a. Identify the parameter to be tested in your problem statement. b. Translate your parameter into symbols.
