Beanie baby values are skyrocketing as people seek to recapture the pre-zombie fun and simplicity of the 1990s. On January 1st, you entered into a contract to buy one thousand beanie babies for $1,000. You think you can resell them for $5,000! They were to be delivered on February 1st, however, the seller refused. He claimed that they are now worth double his original asking price. He refuses to sell unless you pay $2,000. So, my question for you is what will you do? Will you hire an attorney and legally sue (use the court system)?
