Let's try one by yourself. Can you use BPMN to capture a process that you run into regularly, for example, when you go to Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks to buy a coffee, or when you go grocery shopping, or when you take the CTA/Metra to work, or when you make your breakfast, get a haircut, change diapers (for those with young children), etc.? It can be anything. This is mostly to get your feet wet, so to speak, in doing BPMN modeling. Just grab a paper and draw a diagram by hand then upload your picture. You can also use Microsoft Word (Insert -> Shapes -> Flowchart) and images from the BPMN Powerpoint slides to draw out a diagram
