Liaise with stakeholders

a) Develop a communication plan for the next twelve months to share the progress of your team over the next twelve months with each of the stakeholder groups outlined in the current BizOps operational plan. Your plan should include strategies of communication, stakeholders to address to , the method of communication , the frequency of the communication, resources needed, person responsible. b) Outline strategies that could be used to facilitate a two-way flow of information on team performance issues between your team and senior management. c) Deveop strategies to support team members in identifying and resolving work performance problems.
