License Instructor duties include: a. Instructing the Phase II Equipment Specific training (classroom portion) b. Documenting all training performed on DA 348 and in GCSS-Army Operator Qualification Record c. Instructing the Phase II Equipment Specific training (hands-on portion) d. Maintaining proficiency and technical knowledge on the equipment to be trained e. Assisting the Master Driver with instructing the Phase I Initial Operator training f. Conducting annual check rides / Sustainment training g. Validating operator proficiency and recommending transition to Phase III Road Test Performance Evaluation h. Administration of written exams
