Observe the map. Consider the triangle formed by Pine St., Main Ave., and Summer Rd. AND the triangle formed by Summer Rd., Spruce St., and Main Ave. Provide one reason why these TWO triangles MUST be congruent.

Part 2

Draw the following FIVE shapes. Use angle marks and line/hatch marks and provide the measures of each angle. See the example above (link).

1. Obtuse Isosceles
2. Right Scalene
3. Acute Scalene
4. Obtuse scalene
5. Right Isosceles

To draw these shapes, you can use an application of your choice; you can use online software such as Geogebra (https://www.math10.com/en/geometry/geogebra/geogebra.html#:~:text=GeoGebra%20%2D%20Free%20Online%20Geometry%20Tool,cones%2C%20spheres.... ) ;Example Shape: (https://lms.svhs.co/pluginfile.php/234791/mod_assign/intro/GeogebraExampleUnit4Assignment-GeoP1.png ) For this example,we used GeoGebra to make an acute isosceles triangle. Two angles are congruent, and two sides are congruent. Angle A = 70 degrees; Angle B = 70 degrees; Angle C = 40 degrees. To add the hatch marks and angles, we used the pencil tool in GeoGebra (the 'arrow' button is a pull-down menu, and the pencil is the third option). Part 3

Based on the information you have learned about proofs, develop your own 2-column proof. You will prove two triangles are congruent by SSS, SAS, AAS, ASA, or HL. You will list the statements, reasons, and a visual for your proof. You can use the information below as a template for your proof.
