For capstone project, your task is to perform an interventional study investigating COVID mortality rates for subpopulations of New York City. Describe your project. Include:

(1) A description of the specific subpopulations included. They could be based on race, as in Golestaneh et al, but they do not have to be.

(2) How your study will be interventional.

(3) Null and alternative hypothesis for your primary endpoint.

(4) The statistical test(s) and/or method(s) you plan to use and why.

(5) A strategy or strategies you will use to minimize bias. Address at least 2 forms of bias.
