Setia Pte Ltd is the agency responsible for organising events such as conferences, family day, wedding and others. Recently, the management decided to upgrade their existing information system into a new system, namely ERP that can integrate all the business functions. The employees were not being informed of the upgrading plan. Over the weekend, the existing information system was transferred to a new system. When employees return to work, the new system is in place. If you are one of the employees, discuss whether you agree or disagree with the new system implementation approach made by management.
