For each of the five developments, identify at least one opportunity or challenge for Orix Bank associated therewith, taking into account the current banking business environment.

Describe how Orix Bank could develop strategies to exploit the opportunities and counter any challenges. Your analysis and proposed strategies should reflect your understanding of the need and new direction in DX and sustainability to solve the identified challenges/opportunities and would be an input to strategy formulation in your group. The strategies must be aligned with Orix Banks vision and capabilities. Then, use a decision matrix to analyze and clarify your arguments and select ONE best business solution (Refer to Appendix 2).

Keep the following theme in mind: based on Orix Bank's management strategy and sustainability goal by 2026, what will be Orix Bank's growth strategies to seize opportunities and overcome challenges, in order to achieve net income of 30 billion yen and increase ROA to 1% in the new domestic market, while having an international perspective?
