List short term, medium term and long term measurable outcomes for your project. You may want to review SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time limited). For example, a short term outcome could be getting 10 responses to your social media conscious raising effort by the first week, etc. A measurable outcome contains a time frame (when is this happening?), a number (example, number of students obtaining a high school degree, or percentage of local housing that is affordable, etc)
