Lists = [[1, 2, 3, 4], [1, 2, 2, 2], [1, 2, 4, 2]]

Define a function in Python that contains a for loop and counts how many times each number is in the Lists. Your function must only contain one argument.

For example, 1 is shown 3 times, 2 is shown 5 times, etc.

Note: must be a recursive funcrtion.

Do not use enumerate in your function.
