The beams have blocking spaced at $7\mathrm{.}5$ftoc along the beam span and are sheathed on the top. Typical size factor $=1\mathrm{.}0.$

Glulam Girder Information: The girder is made of $(3)2"$x$18"$ rough sawn southern pine species members with $(2)$ vertical layers of $\frac{3}{8}"$ glue. The beams prevent the girder from twisting when loaded, and the owner does want the glulam to have preservatives.

Column Information: The columns are rectangular with one dimension matching the width of the glulam girder and the other dimension being exactly $6"$ wider. The column is a southern pine species that requires preservatives. The wall does not brace the column, and the column has simple connections at the top and bottom. $CF=1.$

Wall Information: All walls have the same design and are sheathed on both sides. The wall studs are $2xx10$ rough sawn southern pine members with preservatives added, and size factor is $1.$ The wall has $(1)$ ledger at the top and bottom that has the same dimensions as the wall studs. The wall has a simple connection at the top and bottom. The wall studs are spaced the same as the beams.
