Locate Lynchburg City census tract data using the data.census.gov. Create a map series showing differences in population data for US Decennial census RACE data for 2020 & 2010 data for variables: white alone, black or African American alone, American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, Asian alone. After completing this map series, pick a variable to download the census tract tabular data. Identify which census tract had the greatest increase in population for that race. Hint: there are 23 census tracts in 2020 and 19 census tracts in 2010, this means some of the tracts were split. You will need to merge the split tracts in excel
