Part 1 (10 marks), Problem Identification: Based on the current pandemic, choose an industry that been impacted in a negative way that has created a problem. The problem that exists today in terms of logistics, supply chain, operations or purchasing. Not in terms of sales and marketing.

Guideline: Imagine this is being presented to a potential hiring manager as an example of the work you can produce

Overview of the Industry

1. What is/are the problem(s) for the Industry? /Main concerns, financial, social, environmental

2. Problem Statement/ Be specific and singular. One/two sentences. A paragraph is too long

3. Overview of the Industry/ Size, revenue, history, geographical reach, competition, market segmentation, regulatory framework, customer base
