The Critical Assignment requires students to purchase the case study from the following: Dollar Tree Logistics

The case contains a problem of a real situation that organizations encountered, and you are to use the course materials of the weekly learning activities to provide and solve quantitative and qualitative research operations of Dollar Tree Logistics. You will demonstrate the ability to convert contextual descriptions into quantitative solutions while using operational data to construct operational findings to support logistics business decisions. The students will analyze and design the Dollar Tree$$s Logistics. The Dollar Tree is a fast$-$growing company and needs to expand their distribution network.

Write a six to ten$-$page APA report answering the questions below. The model you create in your report will count toward the total page requirement. Students do not just answer the questions but use the questions to formulate your report. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
