There has to be a plan, means and willingness to do it again. Report to the police or the victim Despite how I feel he did not mention a plan to medically induce his fathers death. In addition his father did not report having any medical condition that gives the client access to pain meds. Nor did the client mention that he had sleep pills and pain meds of his own. Lastly he does not express the willingness to medically induce his fathers death to give him a peaceful death. Although he feels that he made the right decision by medically inducing his mothers death he did not express wanting to do the same to his father
